Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines has launched its largest ever program in South America for the winter 2008-2009 season. There will be four ships leaving from the region and the Spleandour of the Seas will depart from Brazil. The other ships based in the region are the Enchantment of the Seas, Radience of the Seas and the Vision of the Seas.
